Bovine Strength Systems Training Program Options
 

We run a training system designed around a protocol that puts a focus on building strength first.  Although strength may not be the client’s first priority it is essential to build an understanding of how to create tension safely and effectively with our body’s in order to attain any physical goal we may desire.  The muscles, connective tissues, and joints must be strong and stable before asking the body to perform intensely in other ways.

No matter if your goal is endurance, flexibility, fat loss, or just enhancing  non-specific athletic performance,  getting stronger is always first priority to ensure a safe, efficient and injury free road to your goals.  Weakness breeds injury and you cannot mentally or physically focus on your main objective if you are injured or too weak.

 Strength comes with increased coordination and the ability to create tension by learning to use the entire body in all movements.  This is a major emphasis in our training protocol.

We realize that being strong and fit does not cover all areas of a healthy lifestyle.  A well planned nutritional program is a must in order to maximize training results and to create a truly healthy body.  Clients will receive detailed nutritional programs along with their training.  They will be continually monitored by weekly weigh-ins, discussions and alterations to their diet plan.

3-Day a Week:


This program is for the person who wants to make a permanent commitment to better health and fitness. When agreeing to a three day a week program, you are securing a specific time assigned to you and your trainer to meet at these set times on Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays. Your results reflect our training methods and in order to ensure that you learn and retain the knowledge, technique and form we require that you commit yourself to a minimum of 12 weeks of training. We feel confident that after these first 12 weeks you will also see the physical potential that your body has with this type of training. This option gives the client 36 personal training sessions as well as monitored nutrition counseling through out their training.

Rates:


Matt Lamarque: $450.00 every 4 weeks (breaks down to $37.50 a session) 


Travis W: $420.00 every 4 weeks 

(breaks down to $35.00 a session) 

2-Day a Week


This program is for the client who can not commit to a three day program. We would always recommend the three day a week over a two day because the added frequency of a three day program allows for better consistency in working the various muscle groups and allows for faster progression. We offer a two day a week program because we know that most clients’ schedules are extremely tight and can not possibly free up an extra day. This program would also have the initial 12 week commitment, with a fully detailed nutrition plan and monitoring throughout their training.

Appointment Times: 5:30am-6:30pm



Rates: 


Matt Lamarque: $340.00 every 4 weeks 

(breaks down to $42.50 a session) 


Travis W: $320.00 every 4 weeks

 (breaks down to $40.00 a session) 

3-Day & 2-Day Pairs


This program is the same as the regular 3-day and 2-day programs; however this allows you to add a work out partner. Many clients feel that they would benefit by having a partner there to push them or add a competitive level. Also by having a partner it can make the cost for the training more feasible.

2-Day a Week Pairs: Tuesdays & Thursdays

Travis W: $200.00 each client – every 4 weeks

4-Day & 5-Day Programs 
*4-5 day programs are available depending on open time slots

Single Sessions 


Single sessions allow the client the freedom to randomly schedule each session. The client and the trainer try to coordinate each training session. Commitment clients get first priority on training times; therefore single sessions will not be scheduled beyond a week at a time. 


Single Session Days: Monday-Friday 

Appointment Times: 5:30am-6:30pm

All Bovine trainers: $50.00 a session 

Packages


Ten Personal Training Sessions…………………………$450.00

Package Sessions are scheduled as single sessions. 3-Day & 2-Day clients get first priority on training times, and package sessions are subject to the availability of the trainer on a weekly basis. Package Training Sessions will not be scheduled beyond a week at a time.

Group Training


Group training consists of at least 3 clients but no more than 10 clients. Group training sessions are one hour long, and must be in at least a 2-Day a week program. Group training must be scheduled and paid for in a 6 week or 12 week block.
